Attitude basically refers to a mix of personality traits that includes a person’s likes, dislikes, how he/she feels, and how one may act in everyday situations.
Whereas, Emotional Intelligence, on the other hand, is more like a skillset for handling emotions. It helps with self-realization, calms our nerves when things don’t go as planned, and even lets us read the moods of others, sense their issues, and adjust our emotions accordingly.
On surface they might seem as an topic of different side of same coin but they are different in various ways.
