I believe a workplace environment comprises of physical and emotional space. First and foremost, I value the ethics and professionalism the most. I believe when it comes to work, professionalism plays a crucial role. When it comes to work, people should adhere to protocols and not give way to their personal feelings. For example- personal grudges or favouritism should never be at play at work.
Freedom of expression is the next component that I believe should be available to everyone at work. People should have the right to express their opinions and also be open to them not being accepted. In general open communication should take place freely at a workplace.

Opinions and proposals at work are normal to be accepted and rejected but it should be done with a certain respect. No sorts of vulgarity or obscenity or any passing sexist comments or behaviour should ever be tolerated.
