To improve the Indian education system, several key changes could be implemented:

4. Infrastructure Development: Ensure all schools have adequate infrastructure, including libraries, laboratories, and sports facilities. Improve access to technology and the internet, especially in rural areas.
5. Vocational Training: Integrate vocational education with mainstream schooling to provide students with practical skills and improve employability.
6. Inclusive Education: Promote inclusive education to accommodate children with special needs and those from marginalized communities. Implement policies to reduce the dropout rate.

What we lack is the inclusion of the practicality of a subject as a part of the teaching system. According to research, a lot of studies have shown that with the knowledge of a particular topic, if the education system slowly begins to add more practical learning such as workshops and hands-on training into the curriculum, it helps understanding and retaining concepts for an extended period. The balance is not quite good although these practices have been adopted by a few college systems all over India.
