Introduction
Chitkara University is a private engineering and technology institute established in 2010 and managed by Chitkara Educational Trust. It is located in Rajpura, Punjab, and provides all the industry-related engineering courses or programs like Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or Master and Doctorate in the fields of Engineering, Education, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, and Arts.
History
The very first time, Chitkara University which was located in Rajpura, Punjab started its journey in the year 2002, as an Engineering and Technology institute not as a university. But, in the years 2008 and 2009, the Chitkara University act was granted the status of “University”, so, in the year of 2010 it was finally established as a Chitkara University and affiliated with Punjab Technical University.
