Absolutely!
Students burdened by textbook costs and high fees face significant financial stress. This can lead to anxiety, depression, and difficulty focusing on studies. By making textbooks more affordable (through open educational resources or rental programs) and reducing fees, schools can alleviate this pressure.
This translates to a healthier student body, better equipped to learn and succeed. Additionally, improved mental health support services on campus can further empower students to manage stress and thrive academically. This combination creates a win-win situation: a more financially secure and mentally healthy student population leads to a more positive and productive learning environment.
Absolutely. Making textbooks more affordable and reducing fees are critical steps towards alleviating the financial burdens on students. High costs of education often exacerbate stress and anxiety, negatively impacting students’ academic performance and overall well-being. By reducing these costs, schools can create a more equitable environment where all students have access to the necessary resources for their studies.
Simultaneously, improving mental health support is essential. The pressures of academic life, coupled with financial strain, can lead to significant mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and burnout. Providing robust mental health services, including counseling, workshops, and wellness programs, can help students navigate these challenges more effectively.
Moreover, integrating these supports can foster a more holistic approach to education, where students are not only academically successful but also mentally healthy and resilient. This dual focus on financial relief and mental health can lead to a more positive educational experience, better academic outcomes, and ultimately, a healthier, more productive society. Schools have a pivotal role in shaping the future, and prioritizing both affordability and mental health is a significant step in the right direction.
Supporting student’s mental health and easing financial pressure through affordable textbooks and reduced fees is crucial for their success. Schools should prioritize these initiatives to create a supportive learning environment. Promoting a healthy work-life balance can help students manage their time and workload, reducing stress and anxiety. Implementing comprehensive mental health services on campus, such as counselling, support groups, and educational workshops, empowers students to seek help when needed. Investing in mental health support services can help students navigate university life and develop coping strategies, leading to improved academic performance. Making textbooks more affordable and reducing fees can alleviate financial burdens on students and their families, allowing them to focus on their education.
I’ll support it way much like online resources that don’t involve premium subscription is the best way to counter it .As we know already , Education is more than a sector now , more precisely a business . Already there are way much institute due to JEE and NEET kind of exams and upon these the rise of education as business is not gonna let loose on high charges on books .so best way is to go for online resources that are rather free.

Yes, I personally think making textbooks more affordable and reducing fees would be a very great step towards those parents, guardian and also on the students those who have financial problems and not being able to pay. Education should be provided to all without any discrimination, and high costs can be a significant barrier for many student who want to learn. By lowering schools expenses, schools can help ensure that students have equal opportunities to access educational materials and resources.
Mental health improvement is also very important because many students face stress and anxiety related to academic performance, social pressures, pressure of competition for getting higher marks than others. Schools should provide enough resources and counseling services to support students mental health. By addressing these criteria, schools can create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment where students can be free from extra pressure and learn thing without stress.
Well I personally think that, when all those problems will be solved like cost of education and the stress on those students then the growth of those student will be faster and they can be achieve great things without having any problem.
