राज्यपाल की विवेकाधीन शक्तियाँ वह शक्तियाँ हैं जिनका प्रयोग वह अपनी स्वतंत्र इच्छा से करते हैं, और यह शक्तियाँ संविधान में निर्धारित स्थितियों के आधार पर होती हैं।
प्रमुख विवेकाधीन शक्तियाँ:
इन शक्तियों का उपयोग राज्यपाल राज्य के हित में और संविधान के दायरे में करते हैं।
* The discretionary powers of the Governor are similar to those of the President but are vis-à-vis the state. Article 200 states that –
