The diseases of the honey-bee Identified by:
1) American Foulbrood which causes brown larvae, to “tell it like it is” to clear the “casket” and die.
2) European Foulbrood of the man with starving larvae, and twisted, off-white bodies
3) Nosema of the adult bee with a swollen abdomen, and dysentery extruding from the posterior
4) Varroa Mite infestation, recognized by the deformed wings, and weakness of the bees. Each brings its own threats to hive health and productivity.
