In a political dimension, education advance social justice and social integration by either eliminating discrimination or providing access for everyone to opportunities. Education enhances national economic competitiveness by creating a skilled labor force, nurturing self-employment, and advancing technical development. Similarly, education boosts public health and welfare as well as well-being. This results in healthier individuals and communities by enhancing the knowledge and attitude of healthy behaviors, green practices, and global issues. It helps develop virtues, such as compassion, tolerance, and collaboration which are necessary for peace.
