I am Kalpesh Sarsambe, I am preparing for civil service exam.
Actually not motivation but what I saw in my village, surrounding work culture and I saw no one interested in education i,e they said “padai karke kon aage gaya hai” (Who has gone ahead after studying) so this type of mentality I want to change from people’s mind and want to tell them education is most important in life so this thing motivates me to appear for exam and after becoming civil servant, I wish to work in education & health sector.
I saw many thing from ground level so if I have some powers to change peoples life little bit or change there life in some extent then I will surely work so this is aim to do.
Actually no external thing motivates you , if you really want to work then there is no need of motivation.
Before deciding to appear for exam you should know many things about civil servant, don’t watch one sided reality of civil servants from shorts or reels. BE AWARE.
