One of the most effective techniques for improving time management skills is to create and adhere to a work proficiency routine. Establish a daily schedule that prioritizes tasks based on their importance and deadlines. Start by listing all your tasks, then break them into manageable segments and allocate specific time slots for each activity. This routine should become a habit, guiding your daily activities and helping you stay focused and organized. By consistently following this routine, you can enhance your productivity, reduce procrastination, and ensure that your time is used efficiently.
I used to struggle with managing my time when I was in school, I tried out various techniques to deal with it, but nothing worked except this one.
So, I started writing down my timetable from morning to night, I wrote down what I did each hour of the day. Then I wrote down the work that I needed to do each day.
Then I combined both and placed each task on each period of the day, so I created a new routine, instead of trying out other strategies.
