Mental health effect women in many ways like suppose in neighborhood a man who see her continuously then she feel award and if she friendly with someone in his neighbor (specially man ) and man is also talking with her in a friendly way like we all see in neighbor but the third person see then we definitely understand something wrong that’s make her uncomfortable then she feel a unknown pressure on his mind so she tried to make distance or even she don’t come outside . Actually the mental health is very important for a women because she holds or take care of whole home , our relations she has a responsibility or you can say she represents the man who married her .
and we all know women feel any emotions in a very extreme level so if she feels anxiety , depression or any kind un known pressure that effect his mental health that will be dangerous for him because she hurts herself , she don’t go anywhere , even in her reproductive systems face problem ,she afraid to talk or say things what she feel if she know that no one is listening to her
The support system for her is YOU yes take care of her and win her trust that you are for available for her at any time give him the feeling of safe environment treat her like a butterfly let her fly wherever she wants to be but as a gardener you always look her that she don’t fly at wrong place . Listen her , talk to her make her comfortable that she is not afraid to talk to you which releases her mental pressure and she feel relax and her mental health also good .
This is the only method or you can say system available because no matter how much medicine , precautions you take it will effect her its mental problem and for all mental problem have only one solutions that they need a support from their loved ones that’s it .
Otherwise people who say do yoga , exercise , distract her mind don’t think that topic all these are bullshit and baseless.
