Women need more empowerment in several key areas. Ensuring equal access to quality education is crucial as it equips women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to participate fully in society. In economic participation, women often face barriers to entering the workforce, achieving equal pay, and advancing in their careers. Empowering women economically involves providing equal opportunities, fair wages, and support for entrepreneurship. Access to comprehensive healthcare, including reproductive health services, is vital, addressing disparities and ensuring women can make informed decisions about their bodies. Increasing women’s political representation is essential, as they are underrepresented in decision-making roles. This can lead to more inclusive policies that reflect women’s needs and perspectives. Strengthening legal frameworks to protect women’s rights, including protection from violence and discrimination, ensures they have the means to seek justice and equality. Finally, challenging and changing discriminatory social norms and attitudes are necessary for gender equality. Promoting gender-sensitive education and media representation is key to this. Basic education should be provided to them to catalyse this crucial process of women empowerment.By addressing these crucial areas, society can foster an environment where women can thrive and contribute meaningfully as well as significantly.

Moreover, when it comes to employment, women face several difficulties in promotion and payment. Gender-based hardships may restrict women’s access to higher education and employment prospects.
Social: Due to gender stereotypes, females are expected to fulfill their traditional responsibilities, such as homemakers and caregivers. The issue of violence against women is very evident and has severe impacts on female of all ages and walks of life. This brutality can take place in several ways, such as gender-based violence, sexual violence, and domestic violence. Females who are victims of abuse frequently have physical and psychological scars; moreover, they face challenges in getting justice and assistance.
