People are consuming more content in the digital age and attempting to adapt to new lifestyles, such as delicacy, etc., but whatever food is substituted for our Indian cuisines may be OK for a while, but ultimately, we want for our cuisines because we have been eating them for a very long time.
The food we are consuming may occasionally produce issues because we are not accustomed to consuming foods that are high in protein, low in carbohydrates, or neither for the health of our gut, which is the body’s second brain.
Over the years, Indians have become increasingly selective and picky eaters. Gone were the days when plates were properly balanced and had a variety of meals without losing flavor.
These could be north, south, east, or west dishes; the recipes were chosen based on the local resources and climate.
For a while, eating healthily can help with weight loss and mindful eating, but after consuming a sufficient amount of food, one may still feel unsatisfied and crave certain foods.
