To safeguard women’s mental health we should be able to listen to what they are saying in order to make them feel heard and secure in themselves. Try to understand the problem rather than being quick to give solution. Women’s mental health is a growing concern as nowadays women have various things to worry about it could be body dysmorphia , parental expectations or personal health problems that she faces so the best we can do is make her feel secure in herself.
