In such societies, neutrality becomes crucial to ensure that neither gender is unfairly advantaged or disadvantaged. Women today are often empowered and view themselves as equals to men. By continuing to grant additional rights exclusively to women in these contexts, we risk creating a new form of bias, potentially marginalizing men.
