Equal opportunity to women as compared to men is not about physical but a cerebral opportunity wherein when a man can be a CEO and is never questioned so is to be for the women who can be a CEO and also is working at the age of 50 to be not questioned. No doubt that women are respected but are at sometimes questioned about their existence! Today we see the women are progressing in all the fields but still, are they given equal opportunity? No. If we look into the field of cricket, we see a growth in the women’s cricket teams and are playing at the equal level to men but still aren’t paid the same as compared to the men’s team.
