Nowadays, children too have lot of pressure on them especially in terms of studies.
School builds up a lot of pressure and stress on students even primary students.School hours are too long and tedious due to children gets really exhausted and aggressive. Lots of tension, frustration from the school such as studies, homework, tution are some of the causes of children agreesive behaviour and their mental health also affects. An aggressive nature of children also comes from genes so parents should not show their aggressive behaviour in front of their children as they will learn all things from them only. Sometimes parents are busy in their schedule so they not able to take care of their children due to which their mental health affects.
Some of the steps to prevent agreesive behaviour of children are:
1. Good parenting which includes respecting elders and obeying them.
2. A well mannered child will never show an aggressive behaviour as he will be patient in dealing with their stress. Good parenting will build up mannered child.
3. Taking care of children as a mother of three daughters, I know that if you will take care of your children such as in listening of problems solving them . This will impact their mental health and will also result in good and calm child.
4. If parent show agressive behaviour in front of their children, they will learn from it and children will also build agressive nature.
