Yes, child labour should be completely ban because child labour destroys health, education and future of the children. In the case of orphan, there are orphanage for children, basic needs of orphan child is fulfilled there. There are so many NGOs also which help orphan. But if the child is sole bread winner of the family if he/she does not work it may impact his family and there family will suffer because of no money , without money their families will not able to fulfil there basic needs also. Like this situation orphan child can get place to live in orphanage home but sole bread earner will have to face problems. Government has taken many measure to resolve the child labour issue. Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986 which has placed a complete prohibition on the employment of children below age of 14 years, especially in hazardous situations or occupations. Right to education and National Child Labour Project (NCLP) Scheme, it help children get education with vocational training at NCLP Centre . These measures save the children from being involved in labour but These measures does not look for the sole bread winner, because according the this measures if the child stop working, child and his/her family has to suffer. So to resolve this issue government should take some measures and provide some financial support and supporting community-based programs that focus on family welfare and child protection. This can help address the root causes of child labour.

Quality of education
For a child….
Quality education is essential for a child’s development, but incentives like mid-day meals, allowances, and uniforms play a crucial role in ensuring attendance, especially in underprivileged communities. Government schools often struggle with providing adequate education due to factors such as underfunding, large class sizes, and a shortage of qualified teachers. These shortcomings can result in children attending school primarily for the incentives rather than for learning.
While these freebies are necessary to address immediate needs and encourage school attendance, they are insufficient without a robust educational framework. Quality education requires trained teachers, engaging curricula, and supportive learning environments. Investments in teacher training, infrastructure, and educational resources are vital to enhance learning outcomes.
Combining incentives with efforts to improve the quality of education can create a more effective system. Mid-day meals and other benefits should not be viewed as ends in themselves but as means to support and enhance the educational experience. Ultimately, the goal should be to create an environment where children attend school not just for the incentives but because they are gaining meaningful knowledge and skills that will benefit them in the long run.

A parent’s behavior towards a child greatly influences them and the people they become. It also affects the way the child would act around other people and may give either good or bad impressions of the parents depending on the behavior. A healthy non abusive relationship with children tends to make the child secure and be better capable of making nurturing and healthy relationships whereas an abusive toxic relationship with very strict parents who want their children to do only as they say will result in the child revolting and disobeying the parents and having relationships with other people based on lies and deceit. Yes, discipline and rules are a need for children but as they grow older the restrictions must become more lenient towards them or else they feel trapped and go out of their way on to a bad path and learn bad habits from the wrong people. Children look up t0 their parents and learn from how they act around others and base themselves off that. So yes, the parent’s behavior greatly affects the child as they’re not just bringing a child up, they’re teaching a person how to live.
