Perfect balance increases a person’s ability to work better. Also individual can take small breaks during work and do some physical movements to avoid fatigue. Also people should focus on stress management. People often carry their pending work to home to meet the deadlines which causes excessive work load and they should avoid dragging their office work to their homes.one should create proper time slots for their everyday activities. Also taking break from time to time and help in releasing a lot of stress. Planning trips om week offs with friends and family and really be a great stress burster.
