I’m glad that we have started talking about mental health wellness among the students. People used to think that adults are often suffering from emotional ill-health than the students. But, to be honest, students also face stress from their very own environment. There used to be days where Education is important, but as of now, excelling in education became much more important than being educated. In the modern Era, students are learning much diverse education, which may sometimes force them to compete with others beyond their capabilities. As an experienced parents and well wishers,elders knew that everyone have their own talents and perspectives on particular skills. But their could be no expectations of such maturity in a school student, but they haven’t started looking into the world. So, such young people are more prone to mental stress and other disorders, if not considered. They should be taken care of, if there is any uncomfortable thoughts with them. Mental well being is an important criteria for a healthy individual. In conclusion, parents and teachers of our generation really have a very good perspective on student’s mental health well-being. And that could definitely create a healthy generation in the coming decades.
