If women of any country are not empowered mean that country is lack of half power.Traditional patriarchal norms have relegated women to secondary status within the household and workplace. This drastically affects women’s health, financial status, education, and political involvement. And prevent women from excelling in their career and inhibits their ability to make the same amount as men.Gender inequality problems which disproportionately affect women and girls, such as domestic and sexual violence, lower pay, lack of access to education, and inadequate healthcare.Women who are uneducated more prone to divorce and desertion by their husbands on any stage of life. They have to live whole life with fear of divorce. In some cases they have to finish their life because of unbearable conditions. Dowry system is another huge women problem in the society which is increasing day by day. and Girls who receive an education are less likely to marry young and more likely to lead healthy, productive lives. They earn higher incomes, participate in the decisions that most affect them, and build better futures for themselves and their families.A woman’s responsibility is to support one another. A woman’s responsibility is to help our female friends, family, and colleagues courageously hold on to their self-worth.Women are the backbone of families and communities. They provide care, support, and nurturing to their families and are essential to the development of children. The role of women in society has undergone a remarkable transformation over the centuries. From traditional societal expectations that confined women to domestic roles, their status and opportunities have expanded significantly in modern times.
