Exercise releases endorphins, while proper nutrition and rest support brain function and emotional stability.

In order to answer this question, I would like to share my personal experience and steps that I take everyday to find balance in my own life. First of all, it is important to set our priorities straight for each day. Suppose, I have studies, internships, friendships, relationships, exercise for physical well-being, meditation for mental well-being. It can be overwhelming to get each and everyone of these activities on a daily basis. So, we can start by taking smaller steps. For example- start by eating in a mindful manner, take stairs instead of lift to ensure you are physically active, or walk when you are reading something. Get up half an hour early to find some extra time for a 15 minute meditation session. Taking out 15-20 minutes everyday to make sure you are connected with your loved ones. These are few steps that I take myself in order to find balance in my life while working towards achieving my goals simultaneously.
