Hi Raihan,
I hope you are finding overwhelming today. Tears are secreted from lacrimal glands of eyes, but there are emotions attached to it. Eyes as a part of sensory organ are so emotional that you can literally express all your feelings like joy, sorrow, fear, anger, etc through eyes. We are well-aware that tears in our eyes are secreted when there is grief/sorrow. But, happiness represents overwhelming of an situation that might bring tears in the eyes. For ex- if any manifested thing takes action into your life, then the past behind it and the struggles bring the joy of tears. Or sometimes, overwhelming by a situation/person would bring the tears. On the other hand, there are stories, formed by the neuronal interconnection in brain that reminds and pops up the body to send some signals of expression. Hence, the expression is expressed through eyes.
Them EQ of the person is expressed through the sensory organs and hence the expression of joy might bring tears along with runny nose.
