We cannot simply answer this question in Yes or No. The answer of this question is vary by industry and job profile. AI has true potential to replace many job profiles but also on other hand it will create more opportunities and new job profiles. Jobs which consist of repetitive work or less use of creativity are very much prone to get replaced by AI such as Book keeping, Data entry, Telemarketer, Drivers, etc. Where on other hand AI will create new job profiles such as cybersecurity expert, AI trainer and educator, Personal AI assistant, etc. If we see on brighter side AI can be very helpful for employees to do their tasks that will increase the efficiency of the employees which will save time and cost of the organisation. To get rid from the fear that AI will replace my job, one has to be adaptive and focus on upskilling time to time.
