They’re also very self-aware which allows them to have a healthy mindset leading to a happier and deeper connection. Also, they’re very skilled in communication, and can navigate the conversations.
However, they might deal with extremely high standard as they expect the same amount of care from the other person. They might also deal with high emotional burden as people with high EI are often seen as the “therapist friend”.
So this means they can form good and close friendships with other people as well, but they might face some problems as well.
