FIRST STATE : maharastra is first state implement to employment guarantee scheme .
AIM : 1 )guarantee right to work .
2) providing at least 100 day assured wage employment in financial year. To at least one Family member every Indian household unskill person.
JOB UNDER : job provided Under 5km distance from their house , if not provide under in 15 days to applicant then will give allowance.
CONCLUSIONS:
This act is an attempt to bring the unskilled people out of the poverty line by giving them a direction for consumption, and guarantees.
