Sexual harassment means that Not only directly  touch or harrasment  to women AND girl but also Making sexual gestures, pointing with eyes, pointing with fingers, Swearing, behaving rudely speaking indirectly through the mouth. This is also sexual harassment.

Taking into consideration that many cases of sexual harassment of women or girls at the workplace have taken place in the past, the government has made a new law .

This act name is preventation, prohibition, redressal act 2013.

This act also known as POSH ACT 2013.

This acts impose to all workplace on women saftey . like as

• Private
• Semi government
• Hospital doctors and nurse
• Any workplace women which she work on that place.                                                Every place where women work should form a
