Ensuring that third-party vendors and partners meet our cybersecurity standards is crucial in today’s interconnected business landscape. To achieve this, we must conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on potential vendors and partners, and establish clear cybersecurity requirements and expectations in contracts and agreements. We should require vendors to adhere to industry – recognized security standards and certifications, such as ISO 27001, and perform regular security audits and assessments of vendor systems and practices. Additionally, we must implement robust incident response and notification procedures, provide cybersecurity awareness training and education for vendor personnel, and continuously monitor vendor security posture and compliance. Finally, we should have a clear vendor management process in place, including vendor selection, on boarding, and off boarding, and regularly review and update vendor contracts to ensure they align with evolving cybersecurity standards. By taking these steps, we can effectively ensure that our third-party vendors and partners meet our cybersecurity standards, reducing the risk of breaches and protecting our sensitive data.

Achieving a goal involves several steps that require planning, dedication, and flexibility. Here’s a structured approach:
1. **Set Clear and Specific Goals**: Define your goal clearly and ensure it is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). For example, instead of saying, “I want to get fit,” specify, “I want to lose 10 pounds in 3 months by exercising and eating healthy.”
2. **Break It Down**: Divide the goal into smaller, manageable tasks or milestones. This makes the goal less overwhelming and helps track progress.
3. **Create an Action Plan**: Develop a step-by-step plan detailing what needs to be done, when, and how. Schedule these tasks in your calendar and set deadlines.
4. **Stay Motivated**: Remind yourself why the goal is important. Visualize success and reward yourself for small achievements to maintain motivation.
5. **Monitor Progress**: Regularly review your progress and adjust your plan if needed. This helps identify what’s working and what isn’t.
6. **Be Persistent and Adaptable**: Stay committed, even when faced with obstacles. Be willing to adapt your plan as circumstances change.
7. **Seek Support**: Share your goal with friends, family, or a mentor who can provide encouragement and accountability.
By following these steps, you can systematically work towards achieving your goals.

Hitting a child is never a good idea. Some do it out of anger, frustration and as a form of control and bullying. No child who has been abused in this way (hitting a child is physical abuse), will look back on their childhood and consider it ‘happy’. There are other ways to discipline a child than lifting your hand to them. Violence breeds violence.
Hitting kids just makes them violent. It makes them react to wrong things aggressively. It makes them believe that hitting is a sign of love and that it’s okay to hit people who are wrong. It makes them have anger issues and makes them distant. And none of that is okay.
