Sometimes we might feel like everything is going down, and definitely it’s affecting our attitude, but never let any bad phase change your personality. It’s not about others; it’s about ourselves. You all might feel that whenever we talk rudely to someone, we feel some kind of inner discomfort. This is because of our hormone called oxytocin. It’s a love hormone that spikes every time we do good to others. So be kind, but never let anyone mistreat you.
