Yes, Introverts can benefit adding in some false or delusional scenes. This is mainly because they may find it difficult and exhausting to be involved in a conversation; hence, creating imaginary circumstances provides them with an opportunity to rehearse their conversations. By picturing numerous social settings and possible answers, introverts can develop a sense of confidence as well as refine their social competences. Therefore, mental rehearsals help reduce the terrifying confrontations that are experienced in real life, making them easier to handle.
Moreover, there are creative ways for introverts to speak out just by being themselves, not necessarily through actual social interaction. At the same time, it may offer one an escape from stress and anxiety for instance. Lastly, there should be some form of equilibrium. In spite of their possible benefits, delusions should not entirely negate reality. Using alternative realities more can lead to heightened isolation and feelings of loneliness among those who do so because they are introverts who need to move from their comfort zones into the real world, where they are capable of having direct human interactions in various ways.
Individually too, trying to incorporate delusion or fake scenarios like this could be another good way for anyone with an introverted personality to improve on their social skills that lead to confidence development and anxiety management, provided that it does not overshadow true life experiences in any way.
