Inclusive Growth is the growth and Development of all the citizens of the nation and growing together , especially caring about the weak and disadvantages groups of the society ,eg : the labours, the women or the other backward class . It also ensures that the wealth of the society is equally distributed among all the nations and opportunities should be divided among all the citizens  .

The government should ensure that the poor does not get more poor while the nation is developing and the society is going forward . Thus reducing poverty and income equality becomes a major part for inclusive growth .

Government has launched some flagship programs such as MGNREGA, NRLM , PM- KISAN as measures for promoting inclusive growth .

1. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act : Launched in 2005 , It provides 100 days of Guarantee wages employment for a household who volunteer to do unskilled manual work. Though it aimed to bring the SC, ST , and other backward class to light but it observes some what mixed results by different states and government because of implementation challenges such as low public awareness, inadequate monitoring, and financial mismanagement hindered its effectiveness. Participants often reported receiving less than the full wages . The scheme thus helped in building and developing rural infrastructure and facilities at some parts .
2. National Rural Livelihood mission :Launched in 2011, NRLM aims to reduce poverty by promoting self-employment and organizing rural poor into self-help groups (SHGs)  . It helped in enhancing the economic status of the rural poor. It has been effective in mobilizing rural communities and promoting financial inclusion. By facilitating access to credit and developing skills and financial aids . It was effective in many regions but at the same time lagged behind some due to ineffective local government and negligence of State Government .
3. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi : launched in 2019 ,  It aims to provide direct income support to farmers, offering ₹6,000 per year in three installments to small and marginal farmers. It focuses on decreasing the financial burden on the farmers and supporting them with food security . Its effectiveness is contingent on the accurate identification of beneficiaries and the timely disbursement of funds

 The effectiveness of these policies  is often undermined by implementation of these policies on a very smaller level thus they do not effectively play a role in reducing poverty or disparity by the government .
