As we all know that in today’s world, a growing problem is the way people look at others appearance and also the way they act around one another.

Even though having all of these traits can still be affected by the negative words or phrases that people use but to focus on one’s self-compassion by treating the same kindness you would to a friend shows the positivity of yourself, body and worth.
To spend time with people who are show the exact positivity and excluding all the negative hate or people and what they come with. Another way to deal with these insecurities is to engage in activities that promote positive self-image and spending time with people that support one another and it shows in their time, presence and attitude and accepting not just our flaws but everyone else’s. Opinions are unchangeable but our attitude towards it is changeable.
Yes, there are negative people in social media when we post a photo or in stories but to counter this is to surround ourselves with those who uplift us and try to make a negative comment seem positive. Insecurities is a real thing but to counter it takes a long time but with the right people and help it makes it better. To celebrate our individuality while practising self-care and preparing a positive environment not only for us but the people around us.
