Health is a state of physical, biological and mental wellbeing.Anything disrupting the same can be considered as a deviation from a healthy state or called as a disease. We often emphasize on physical and biological status of our body and neglect the mental state, often getting unaware of our own thoughts and ideas.
People often forget to retrospect their mental conditions during their busy schedules. Our own body may gives us the symptoms of not being mentally fit but we often neglect the same unless other people ask about it or it becomes severe. We often unsee the lack of motivation or cheerfulness in our life.Unless one doesn’t realise the same no second person would able to fix it. People aware of the same are unaware whom to approach. Educated society knows whom to consult but doesn’t do because of the society judgement.
The stigma of being judged comes from the lack of knowledge about mental health.Social awareness regarding the same can bring a change in the thinking of both the sufferer and the spectators. One should develop self love and should know to nurture the same .
