Education is everyone’s right, but not everybody has access to it. Education has often been associated with not just academic knowledge but it also serves as a means to bring about a holistic betterment in a individual. Hence, it would be considered unlawful to deny it to anybody.

Even though the right to education is a fact, also what remains true is that many factors such as poverty, lack of adequate resources and absence of public outreach deny many deserving candidates, both young and adults, a means to educate themselves. This can be rectified by spreading general awareness and enabling means to bring about the disparity in education among the masses.

Education improves the life quality of people and significantly elevates their means of income by promoting sustainable development of the society. So, both the center and the state governments should chalk out comprehensive plans so that the right to education becomes a reality, not just a distant dream.
