First of all, you have to analyse the situation. If you feel it is something that is relating to your action and hence the judgements, instead of pressuring your own self, you need to humble yourself down and self reflect in a constructive pattern. In case it doesn’t feel right because you have not enacted in anyway to deserve the comments or judgements, my advice is to simply disown the comment. You have to remember that even if calling you “rude” triggers you in any manner, you are not becoming a rude person until and unless you accept yourself to be rude at any point. You have to know your actions in order to avoid taking anything personally and destroying your mental peace.
