Education is a basic human right that brings density and development to the society but is still out of reach to many people. It is for this reason that closing the gap in this area is essential if the society is to move towards equity. Firstly, more emphasis must be laid on education through proper financing of education to develop and avail adequate and competent schools specially in rural and other backward part of a nation. Some of the polices should ensure that education is made affordable and easily accessible to all especially those in the marginalization groups. Secondly, there must be proper training and proper encouragement of teachers. It is well known that inspiring and qualified teachers may change the controllable effect of Students’ achievements. The implementations of the continuing professional development courses can foster modern teaching procedures, as well as subject knowledge to the educators. Thirdly, it is possible to overcome the gap with the help of technology. Technology in teaching and learning can be used to deliver quality practices in a region that regular schooling cannot be implemented. This means that governments or NGOs must offer such basic fundamentals as internet connections and technological devices. It too requires community participation also. The parents and the local leaders within the societies where these schools are located should be encouraged fully to embrace the operations of management and decision making provision processes within the learning institutions. Finally, policies should also cover any factors that limit education like, children working, girl’s exclusion from schools among others. This has made scholars to call for scholarships, midday meals, and awareness to encourage families to put their children to school. In this way, it is possible to strive for the fulfillment of the fundamental human right to education and, thus, develop millions of people and ensure sustainable development.
