The entry-level coders are relying too much on AI. This can help them to write code faster but at the same time their basic understanding will get hindered and thus they’ll end up not having jobs in this current competitive industry. Many of my friends are losing jobs eventually as they were not that good in their basics and used to rely on AI only when the exams occur.
Another thing which I am recently observing as a freshly graduated engineer is that lesser number of jobs. As AI is writing the base code efficiently, without any error, most of the entry level developers are getting replaced. This is a serious issue and also affecting the youth in many ways, both mentally and financially.
We can also find AI sometimes generating biased answers. For example, if someone is interested to do a research on jobs available for women and the AI replies with an answer that says that most of the women work in house or they are mostly seen as a home maker, it could be a sensitive issue and this kind of content should not be posted on the internet.
