Education is the leading factor among all, where women are getting higher education and skills making them ideal candidates in working field. Followed by government initiatives, where special schemes such as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao have been implemented, along with legal reforms that include special laws for women.

Along with this media has played a crucial role in women’s empowerment, by portraying strong, independent working women. This not just only changed perception but has also successfully set trends for them. These evolving societal attitudes have resulted in increased participation in the workforce, greater representation in politics, and women’s entrepreneurship driving socioeconomic growth for women.
