Researchers have found a rapidly rising rate of breast cancer among women under the age of 40. Few reasons may be : Toxin exposure, late screening, lack of awareness, genetics, etc.
Many cosmetic brands make use of harmful chemicals which are carcinogens, especially in products meant for women. Hence repeated exposure to such harmful toxins increases the risk of breast cancer. Also, timely screening exams for young women such as mammograms are necessary to detect early symptoms of any malignancy especially if there is any associated genetic link.
However, breast cancer is quite treatable if detected early, especially stage-0 and stage-1. Although there are no certain preventive measures but one can do regular exercise and consume a healthy diet, maintain a healthy weight and limit consumption of alcoholic drinks and quit habits like smoking. High-risk patients should consider enhanced screening, genetic counselling and close observation for any developing symptoms.

UDP is a connectionless unreliable transport layer protocol that does not establish a predefined communication channel between sender and receiver, unlike in TCP. UDP sends data packets without receiving back any acknowledgement from client whether the required packet is received or not, unlike TCP which uses three way handshake for communication. Thus different data packets follow different routes to reach the destination often out of sequence, but for real-time communication like video conferencing, multi-media streaming and online gaming, UDP is the preferred option as it delivers packets faster and incurs low overhead whereas TCP is preferred for peer-to-peer file sharing, chatting applications, etc. where in-order receiving of messages is more important.
