Nowadays everyone is equal, be it men or women. So most of the women are doing their jobs their study and also married women are doing multitasking at the same time which comprises of household chores and their profession.
With this chaotic life of theirs they have somehow managed to add self care practices.
Self care practices could be of end no. of ways.
- It can be Physical or personal self care which includes the most trendiest type of self care- Skincare and in addition to that women are taking weekly appointments for their personal being . Yoga is included in physical self care.
- Next it can be mental peace such as journalising, reading books, therapy sessions etc..
- Social self care is also included in self care practices . Women engage themselves in social gatherings such as hanging out with their girls, exchanging each others thoughts and views and many more.
- I personally love women who keep themselves first and are willing to make best version of themselves.
