Ai has impacted hiring .It has made initial part of hiring automated such as screening of the cvs ,creating job descriptions and searching for niche job roles for which recruiters spend a lot of time on it.It has also paved a way to objective hiring without any biasness and not including any type of sections such as gender ,caste ,age etc.It will enhance to develop more human connections as the operational parts involved in hiring could be done by AI.It can also save time by evaluating a mass of resumes in a short duration of time which otherwise is difficult with only humans operation. If there is a need for data analysis required to catch up in hiring process for the realization of trends involved Ai is been intergrated.Personalised messages for candidates can easily be done by integrating Ai into it thereby increasing the brand of a particular company. So basically AI has impacted hiring process by removing biasness, faster processing of job description, screening cvs ,allocation of talent in company’s point of view ,faster result back in candidate point of view. So because of above reasons people involved in hiring are considering themselves to incorporate the usage of Ai and the trend has been increasing from coming years .As the repetitive and operative parts of hiring can be outsourced to Ai, the other important aspects of human resources functions hiring managers are able to get involved such as deciding on their strategy, policies etc.But some cons to be considered are lack of accountability, can work only according to design flow, human touch. So we should know how to strike a balance between Ai and Human intervention.

5G technology significantly impacts IT infrastructure and connectivity by introducing several transformative changes:
1. **Increased Speed and Bandwidth**: 5G offers dramatically higher data transfer speeds and greater bandwidth compared to previous generations like 4G. This allows for faster transmission of data across networks, reducing latency and improving overall performance of IT infrastructure.
2. **Edge Computing**: With lower latency enabled by 5G, edge computing becomes more feasible. Processing data closer to where it is generated (at the edge of the network) reduces the need to send all data to centralized data centers. This enhances efficiency and responsiveness in IT operations.
3. **IoT Integration**: 5G supports a massive increase in connected devices due to its ability to handle a large number of simultaneous connections. This facilitates the growth of IoT (Internet of Things) devices in IT infrastructure, enabling smarter and more interconnected systems.
4. **Enhanced Mobile Workforce**: 5G enables faster and more reliable mobile connectivity, empowering remote workers with seamless access to corporate networks, cloud services, and applications. This supports flexible working arrangements and boosts productivity.
5. **Security and Network Management**: The deployment of 5G necessitates robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure. Network management becomes more complex with the integration of diverse devices and technologies.
Overall, 5G technology revolutionizes IT infrastructure by enhancing speed, connectivity, and scalability, while also presenting new challenges and opportunities in network management and security.
