The challenges faced by primary school education in India are as follows:

1. There is no proper infrastructure for primary schools especially government schools.

2. There is no good teachers in government schools, hence parents tend to go towards private schools but the fee is too high such that many of them can’t afford t.

3. Many teachers are not qualified properly for their respective positions.

4. Syllabus should be updated accordingly.

5. There are only few primary schools in rural areas.

To address all these problems,

1.Many schools should be built which focus on primary education and infrastructure should be maintained.

2.Then teachers with appropriate qualification to be hired.

3. Promoting education because many of them aren’t not getting educated.

5. Government schools can provide further quality education which helps many of them not to turn towards private schools where fees are comparatively very higher.

Here are some ways to reform/change education system in such a way that it helps students to get prepared for future job markets.

1. Mark oriented education system should be avoided:

This is because students talent, aptitude, creativity, etc., should also be verified with their practical skills.

2. Teaching not only the subject but to help students gain their skill:

Teaching skills mean to train students how to solve a problem, level up their creativity, help them gain leadership qualities and develop their communication skills.

3. Provide job-oriented training:

Colleges can help their Students get practical knowledge by provoking them to join an internship relevant to their industry,where they work with employers and find their missing skills which they can develop in further years..

4.Technology & entrepreneurship inculcation:

Today in this world people who knows how to properly the gadgets get an extra opportunity and teaching entrepreneurship skills like finance, marketing, brand management, etc., help them in their future.

5. Encourage students to learn lifelong:

Students should be advised to learn like pursuing further education, gain skills according to the job availability etc.,

finally reforming education towards future job market involves a number of complications like providing practical training, internships, linking technology with education, promoting global knowledge and adaptability towards work place and use of technology in right manner..
