Menstrual leave is an important topic of discussion and we need to start talking about it seriously people think that this topic is actually opposite of what gender equality moment started and ignore it. The discomfort,pain and emotional stress is different for every women some women can actually go with their daily routine without any issue but some can’t even get up from bed and ignoring such level of suffering of human being and forcing them to work actually promote absenteeism at work and we keep on forgetting that all these law which are still continuing from past in every field were never made keeping women in mind so I think it’s time to make rules keeping women in mind and promote gender equity
