First you have to understand that everyone has flaws , every person present on this planet has different definition of being perfect or being preety , so define yours first , then dealing with these things becomes easier because when you start accepting your flaws then you become aware and then you stop caring about others opinion on those flaws , and being body shamed by someone else is their opinion on your body and you can’t control someone else’s opinion but what you can control is how you take those opinions, so whenever someone body shames you don’t think about that too much and don’t demotivate yourself because it’s not what you think , you are beautiful and you are worthy , it’s just someone else’s opinion which doesn’t even matter , and we all have insecurities, if you feel like you can’t do that or you don’t want to deal with that then don’t , just don’t take a pause and relax , eventually there will be a time when you stop caring about that insecurity or you overcome that , overcoming that could take time and strength but once you decide that you want to overcome that you will , mind is the most powerful things , so never ever in your life be negative about yourself, let anyone think who you are it’s their opinions not yours , you have to think positive about you because people will have opinions on you it’s how you take them matters not the opinions.
