2. Legal Awareness and Protection: The feeling or awareness of one’s rights and the ability to get the appropriate legal material is important. Measures that were taken in the fight against discrimination and harassment as well as domestic violence should be enhanced to ensure that women are safe at all times.
3. Healthcare Access: For a woman to be in a good physical and mental state and be able to work effectively, she needs to undergo mental health services, reproductive health services and regular medical check-ups.
4. Social Support Networks: Helping resources such as encouragement from friends and family, and programmes by the government or certain organizations that follow the person up until they find a suitable job for them. Collective networks enable women to tackle problems and exploit opportunities.
5. Technological Literacy: Use of technology enhances the possibilities of education, employment and business if one is conversant with digital tools. It will be necessary for women to be provided with digital literacy programs if they are to stand a chance of making it in today’s job market.
6. Gender Sensitization: Education and awareness campaigns leading to the change of such attitudes will lead to the achievement of gender equality. This is a way of encouraging men to engage in the same chores as women, and at the same time helping women in their careers.
7. Policy and Government Support: Supplements of governments in the form of policies can also play a major role like reservation in education and employment of women. To promote adherence to such policies, there is a need to ensure the right policies are implemented and closely monitored.
