- The idea that discrimination is inheritant or in our blood is very complex and controversial one. If we look at the biological point of view humus do not prossese genetic discrimination. However our evolutionary history is same and according to our evolutionary history we all are homo Sapiens with all most same cranial capacity. So how we are different or why there is discrimination. Even every culture says that we all are same. Then from where discrimination comes.
- this discrimination is nothing but the human made things. When humans start civilisation they made difficult category of humans from which some are superior and some are inferior. Human starts discriminating peoples on the basis of culture , race , colour, cast and all. Initially this discrimination came in United State during slavery. Then it will spread in entire world in different forms. So this discrimination is nothing but a learned social behaviour that we have learnt from our culture and from our and ancestors
- According to my opinion discrimination is nothing but the mind set of people that has been made from many years . This is a very Evil thought in our society . This practice was not be justified because once potential can’t be judged on the basis where he or she should born. We have example of many such a leaders that are discriminated on the basis of their cast colour race. But in future they found against these all discrimination and become the gems of the nation. - So essence is that rather than accepted is as intate we should focus on promoting education and Diversity Awareness to challenge discriminatory behaviours and believes .
