Impossible or I’m possible?
You see, everything is a game of mind.
Your mind is like a designer dress – it can make you look fabulous or frumpy, depending on how you style it.
And remember! Self doubt is like an aunt who likes to throw negative jibes at you to make you question your strength and superpowers. But the good news is that she still can be shut off in an optimistic and left to keep quiet if she so wishes!
Optimism attracts more of the same. It’s mental tennis; you can hit the ball back with a racket of self-doubt or one of confidence. Your mind easily believes what you say to it. It is very naive.
To overcome self-doubt, the first and foremost step is to acknowledge them. Then focus on taking action in relation to what you control and living in the present moment. Don’t overthink. Everyday speak positively yourself. Don’t throw the dark light of negativity upon yourself.
Remember you are the hero of your own story. And you won’t like the protagonist to be weak and self-doubting.
Right?
Slowly but surely, you will definitely heal yourself of this self doubting mind set to emerge victorious.
Never forget, your mind is listening to everything you say, so be kind and encouraging. Believe that you’re possible, and you’ll make the impossible possible. Don’t let self-doubt hold you back. You are capable of achieving great things. Just remember, your mind is your greatest asset – dress it well, and it will take you places!
