As we all are growing emotionally everyday, we come towards various experience in life. Some feels good to us while others are not approved to be good, which on other hand triggers our emotions, that are certainly based on our thoughtful expectations.
We humans make fake scenarios in back of our mind and create expectations to various experiences. When we don’t get the result we show it in different ways, one of them would be mistreating people.
Keeping expectations or thinking something to happen a certain way is being completely dependent on future. So, in order to manage emotions one has to live in present. There are few techniques/ways which if regularly followed can show results.
Particularly if we talk about mistreating others, then, if we are highly emotional just ground yourself for certain amount of time. With time, try to take responsibility for your own actions, this will stop you to put blame on others. Try to understand others side before behaving inappropriately.
Mistreating people not only makes your relationship around substandard but also it makes your image unpleasant to you and others.
