As we all know education is important for everyone but it is not received by everyone because of some misconceptions. Specially in rural area the situation is worst. To improve the quality of primary education in rural area the first thing needs to change is thinking of villagers, make them understand why the education is important for their children.

Here are some measures that can be further implemented.

Infrastructure:

Ensure to built an infrastructure for the school along with providing facilities like drinking water, clean classrooms, electricity connection, playground etc.

Recruit Teachers:

Recruit well qualified teachers as a teaching staff and ensure to give the training to them time to time to develop the various skills.

Spared awareness:

Spared awareness about the education in area by organising various programs and volunteering work by the school staff.

Student support:

Ensure to provide facilities like bus transportation, mid- day mill, uniform distribution to encourage the students and parents.

Address local authorities:

If possible try to reach local authorities of the areas and ask for their help to enhance the facilities provided to the school.

Technology:

Try new technologies if possible to provide the education by using recourses like online videos, books, newsletters etc.
