AI being the developing platform for the future beings, results in technical advancements and innovations. Humans are made to work with comfort and minimal effort. Researchers had been saying that most of the jobs are handled by AI bots in near future. This could be the biggest con for the people who are working as it is a clear risk of recession.
AI undertaking the tasks and responsibilities of people would turn out to be a very challenging for people to find jobs and get paid. Moreover, Robotics integrated with AI is another critical aspect that will affect people’s career growth. It is known that, in the near future, robots are trained and made ready to perform the tasks just like humans. With this, humans will not be able to do have any role for any kind of work. Starting from Human Resources department to Finance, AI will take over the work formalities and tasks of humans.
Though it has few benefits like saving time, minimising efforts, reduction in employee costs etc, it does have drawbacks that will affect the lives of the aspiring futurists.
